We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of complex, cross-functional projects.
Job Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You will report directly to the VP of Product and Projects and are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Own and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, partners, and government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Defense, IDF).
- Anticipate project risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvement and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
This position is best suited for candidates with demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles and working with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech, robotics, or defense industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs and development stages.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday, Jira, or similar software
- Familiarity with robotics and/or drones.
- Hands-on experience in both startups and large enterprises, understanding how to adapt between agility and scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field

- Conduct live system demonstrations for customers, showcasing product capabilities
- Manage all logistical and technical preparations for demonstrations
- Provide clear and professional explanations of system operation and capabilities
- Training & Enablement: Deliver comprehensive customer training on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance; develop user manuals and training materials

- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2G sales within the defense, aerospace, or robotics industries.
- Language Skills: Excellent English (written and verbal) – Crucial. Native – Hebrew. Additional languages (Spanish, French, or German) are a significant advantage.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to master and articulate complex autonomous technologies and explain their operational benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- “Hunter” Mentality: A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for closing deals.
- Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Solution Selling: Experience in selling comprehensive operational solutions rather than just “off-the-shelf” hardware.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with defense procurement processes and export regulations (e.g., DECA/API) significant advantage.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM tools (like Monday) to manage a data-driven sales pipeline significant advantage.
