Sales & Account Manager

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a hunger to close deals on a global stage? Robotican, a leader in autonomous robotic systems for air and ground missions, is looking for a Sales & Account Manager to spearhead our growth across defense, HLS, and research markets — both in Israel and internationally.

What You’ll Do

New Business Development (Hunting): Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold and warm leads — targeting defense organizations, government agencies, and Tier-1 security integrators.

Account Management (Farming): Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Global Market Expansion: Execute sales strategies across international markets, manage global distributors, and represent Robotican at international exhibitions and conferences.

End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing — including drafting proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiating contracts.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to R&D and Product teams.

:What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of B2B or B2G sales experience in defense, aerospace, or robotics — excellent English (written and verbal) is a must, Hebrew native. Bonus points for Spanish, French, or German.

You’re a natural hunter with a track record of hitting targets, and you’re just as comfortable presenting complex autonomous tech to a general as you are to an engineer. Experience with solution selling, defense procurement processes, export regulations (DECA/API), and CRM tools (like Monday) is a significant advantage. Holding a foreign passport is a plus.

📍 Omer Industrial Park, South District | Full-time | On-site (not hybrid) | Up to 20% international travel required

Job Title: QA Engineer
Team: SPHERA Simulation Development & Drone Systems Integration
Location: Omer, Israel (On-site)
Position Type: Full-Time

About Us
Based in the Omer Industrial Park (Omer, Israel), this role is a unique opportunity to support two core engineering groups: the SPHERA Simulation team and our Drone Hardware & Integrations team.

Our mission is twofold: building the world’s most advanced simulation platform for robotics and autonomous systems (SPHERA), and developing and integrating the physical software systems that power real-world drone operations.
SPHERA is a critical tool used by R&D teams, operators, and instructors for mission rehearsal, AI testing, and pre-deployment planning, creating a high-fidelity “digital twin” of the real world. Meanwhile, our drone integrations team takes cutting-edge software and deploys it onto actual hardware. You’ll be joining a dynamic environment that directly bridges the gap between software simulation and real-world operational challenges.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Take full ownership of QA efforts for both the SPHERA simulation platform and our physical drone software systems.
  • Design, build, and execute both manual and automated testing methodologies to ensure maximum software reliability across simulation environments and hardware integrations.
  • Integrate automated testing seamlessly into the development pipeline, working alongside developers and DevOps to monitor test results in the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Find, document, and meticulously track bugs using internal systems, creating clear and concise test documentation.
  • Work closely with the development teams to streamline QA processes, troubleshoot cross-platform issues, and ensure quality standards are met before customer delivery and hardware deployment.

What You Must Have (Requirements)
  • Strong proficiency in a Linux environment (command line, file system, administration).
  • Solid experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Understanding and foundational experience with C++ (ability to read, understand, and interact with the codebase to write/debug tests).
  • Proven experience working with or setting up automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Highly organized with a meticulous approach to process management, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Must work 5 days a week on-site at our Omer office (this is not a remote or hybrid position).
What Will Set You Apart (Beneficial Knowledge)
  • Scripting knowledge for test automation, especially in Python.
  • Strong general IT skills and hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Previous experience working on a simulation product (or with the Unreal Engine 5 Editor).
  • Basic knowledge or a strong interest in drones and robotics.
  • Familiarity with ROS2 (Robot Operating System).

Why Join Us?
  • Play a critical, foundational role in a professional, high-tech development environment that spans both advanced software and physical hardware.
  • Make a tangible impact on a complex, cutting-edge ecosystem used in real-world robotics.
  • See firsthand how cutting-edge simulation software is built, tested, and seamlessly deployed onto physical drones.

Drone Demonstration & Training Specialist

A robotics and drone company developing advanced autonomous platforms is looking for an experienced Drone Demonstration & Training Specialist to join our Marketing & Sales team. This is a unique role combining hands-on drone piloting with customer-facing responsibilities — from live field demonstrations to post-sale training and technical support, both in Israel and internationally.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sale – Demonstrations: Conduct live system demonstrations for customers showcasing product capabilities, manage all logistical and technical preparations, and deliver clear and professional presentations of system operation to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Training & Enablement: Deliver comprehensive customer training on system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Develop user manuals and training materials tailored to customer needs.

Technical Support: Provide hands-on customer support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and manage end-to-end RMA processes in coordination with production teams — including repair quotations, approvals, and payment processes.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with customers in Israel and abroad, collect feedback and commercial insights, and identify opportunities for system improvements and additional training.

What We’re Looking For

Flight Experience: Hands-on experience flying drones (including racing and/or self-built drones) — a significant advantage. Drone piloting experience in the IDF, including combat background — a significant advantage.

Technical Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of robotic and drone systems. Familiarity with flight control systems — an advantage. Drone pilot license up to 25 kg — an advantage.

Communication & Presentation: Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written) — required. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Other: Valid driver’s license — required.
