Job Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You will report directly to the VP of Product and Projects and are expected to demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Own and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, partners, and government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Defense, IDF).
- Anticipate project risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvement and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
This position is best suited for candidates with demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles and working with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech, robotics, or defense industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel internationally based on project needs and development stages.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday, Jira, or similar software
- Familiarity with robotics and/or drones.
- Hands-on experience in both startups and large enterprises, understanding how to adapt between agility and scale.

Role Description:
As a Product Operations Manager, you will be the central coordinator between departments, managing existing product projects from implementation to delivery. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and management teams to ensure that products meet customer requirements and regulatory standards in various markets. You will serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding product modifications and cross-departmental coordination. The position reports directly to the VP of Product and Projects.

The Role:
We’re looking for a talented, sharp, and highly organized Junior PMO to work closely with our Head of Projects. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for operational management of our project portfolio, close tracking of task execution, and supporting day-to-day portfolio management.
